Payment

• I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction.• will only accept USD via Paypal as payment. You are responsible for making currency conversions.• It is expected that you deposit 100% of the price upfront before I start. No exceptions unless otherwise discussed.• If payment is not made in a timely manner (48h) after I've placed the Invoice, the commission will be cancelled (repeated counts of commissioning a project and failing to pay will result in blacklisting).• For auctions, you are NOT allowed to retract your bid. On your first problematic transaction, you'll receive a simple verbal warning. The next time you back down from the auction you will be blacklisted and refused the opportunity to bid in the future. Only bid if you are sure you can pay your bidding.• Payment is before drawing• I can send a sketch before receiving the payment but this sketch will have "NO PAID" written.

Refunds

• I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the sketch.• Once I start the sketch there will be NO REFUNDS.• If we agree on a payment plan and I start the commission after the first deposit has been done, I will not refund your said deposit if you back out of the Payment Plan.

★ WORK PROCESS ★• I usually take up to 1-2 days to respond to your order message.• If you have a deadline for your commission, this deadline must be mentioned prior to payment. (Rush fees are at least + 25% of the commission)- After the final drawing I can make some changes, like colors or minimal details, you can ask me to change it, I can refuse to do it if it's a lot of work, so try to solve everything in the sketch stage.• Changes will only be made at the sketch stage. Color corrections will be made at the color stage.- Sketch is sent for approval, if it's not approved, you're allowed to do changes in the drawing.- After the final drawing I can make some changes, like colors or minimal details, you can ask me to change it, I can refuse to do it if it's a lot of work, so try to solve everything in the sketch stage.
